Tender and Proposal Specialist

Our International Team consists of over 170 professionals delivering best quality solutions for our customers.The Tender and Proposal Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end proposal process. This includes monitoring procurement portals for new opportunities, analyzing RFP requirements, gathering necessary documentation from various departments (Compliance, BD, Safety, Accounting), and drafting the final proposal to ensure the company presents a competitive and compliant bid.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively monitor federal, state, and local procurement websites for relevant traffic control opportunities.
• Review and analyze RFP/RFQ documents to understand scope of work and submission requirements.
• Maintain a database of standard company documents (COIs, licenses, safety manuals) for quick inclusion in bids.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Finance departments to obtain pricing and technical data.
• Draft, edit, and format proposal content to ensure a professional and polished final product.
• Ensure all bids are submitted on time and in full compliance with the client's instructions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Education

• Higher education in Law, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preffered).

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in proposal writing, grant writing, or business development (preferred).
• Experience with government portals (state procurement sites) is a major plus. (preferred, not mandatory for strong junior candidates).

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong research skills to identify relevant bidding opportunities.
• High attention to detail (RFP compliance requires following strict formatting and submission rules).
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Word/Excel) and Adobe PDF (for document assembly).
