How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Nordic Infucare is currently searching for an analytical, and proactive Tender & Business Analyst to join our team in Stockholm. In this pivotal role, you will streamline processes, support data-driven insights and assist with decision making towards strategic execution ensuring operational excellence across our Nordic organization.
In this role, you will also work in close collaboration with our Tender Managers, providing essential support in the administration and coordination of the tender process. Your contribution ensures that our tender life cycle management work are handled efficiently and accurately from start to finish.
While your primary focus will be supporting our Diabetes Business Unit, you will play a key role in streamlining tender processes across the entire company.

Tender Support and Coordination:Manage tender calendars, ensure proactive support and coordination on tender bids, agreement renewals and maintain central documentation including KPI follow ups for the full Nordic organisation.
Pricing & Systems:Take ownership of price structures including updating our internal business system and ensure external order portals are updated and accurate across nordics.
Business Analysis:Partner with Sales, Marketing, Tender & Market Access and Finance to conduct pre-/post-analysis, bid strategy, target negotiations, and business cases for our Diabetes business.
Forecasting:Support sales and supply planning in collaboration with Purchase and Logistics, Marketing, Controlling and Finance.
Reporting:Generate and consolidate internal and external statistical reports from Navision.
Are you a MATCH?
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who balances a high-quality mindset with the ability to drive projects to completion. You will also need:
Academic degree in economics, statistics, systems science or equivalent
3-5 years experience in a similar Business Analyst role
Strong knowledge of Excel/ Google Sheets and confident in handling complex data for financial modeling and margin calculations.
Strong communication skills with an ability to work cross functionally on projects with colleagues from different departments.
Any experience in Tender management and market access is nice to have, but not essential.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.
