Job Description

The selected candidate will be part of the Back Office team and will manage both public and private tenders, handling activities through certified email and dedicated procurement portals.

The role covers the full tender process, including :

- Tender identification, feasibility analysis,

- Management of documentation in compliance with applicable regulations,

- Preparation of administrative documentation,

- Verification of technical and financial documentation, and coordination with the sales team for tender activation.

After an initial training and onboarding period, the candidate will gain full autonomy and regularly interact with the relevant stakeholders involved in the process (sales, application specialists, legal department).

Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or a degree in a legal or related field.

Previous experience in a similar role within structured multinational companies is considered a strong plus.

Goal orientation, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and resilience to stress complete the profile.

Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office suite is required.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
