Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.

仕事内容/What the Role Entails

As a Senior Solution Architect at Tencent Cloud in Tokyo, Japan, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering tailored cloud solutions for clients across various industries. Your expertise in cloud computing and system architecture will enable you to address complex business challenges and industry-specific needs. Acting as a key liaison between customers and our backend team, you will ensure clear communication, efficient project execution, and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will represent Tencent Cloud in Japan's dynamic technology ecosystem, participating in industry events to enhance our brand presence and influence.

• Develop and implement customized cloud solutions for clients, driving successful project delivery.

• Act as the primary point of communication between clients and the backend team, ensuring alignment on requirements and industry standards while closely tracking project progress.
• Participate in local and international industry events, conferences, and workshops (both online and offline) to strengthen Tencent Cloud’s market position in Japan

応募資格/Who We Look For

• Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in public cloud pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar roles.
• Expertise in cloud computing technologies, including experience with KVM, Xen, or LxC virtualization.
• Solid understanding of system architectures and the ability to address industry-specific ecosystems and business needs.
• Professional working proficiency in Japanese is required,Proficiency in Chinese would be highly regarded but is not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the Japan market, particularly in industries such as gaming, finance, or e-commerce.
• Experience working with or supporting local enterprises in adopting cloud technologies.
• Proactive and dependable, with strong execution abilities and a collaborative mindset.

• 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历
• 具备5年以上公有云售前、解决方案架构或相关领域经验
• 精通云计算技术，熟悉KVM、Xen或LxC等虚拟化技术
• 扎实的系统架构功底，能够针对行业生态与业务需求提出解决方案
• 熟练掌握商务日语，中文或英语可作为工作语言。具备出色的本地客户及区域团队沟通能力
• 熟悉日本市场，尤其在游戏、金融、电商等行业有深厚积累
• 拥有支持或服务当地企业实施云端技术的实践经验
• 积极主动、责任心强，具备卓越的执行力与协作精神

• 年収： 応相談（経験・スキルを考慮し、当社規定により優遇いたします）昇給・賞与あり
• 固定残業代： 一般社員：月35時間分を含む
  • 管理職：月10時間分を含む

＜労働時間・休日・休暇＞

• 就業時間： 09:30～18:30（休憩60分）フレックスタイム制を導入
• 休日： 完全週休2日制（土・日曜日、祝日）
• 有給休暇： 初年度13日（入社月により按分），最大22日まで付与
• 特別休暇：
  • 年末年始休暇：（12/30～1/3）
  • 病気休暇（有給）：年12日（有給休暇とは別途）
  • 社会貢献休暇（ボランティア休暇）：年1日
  • 子の看護休暇：お子様1人につき5日（最大10日まで）
