What the Role Entails

We are looking for a (Senior) Industry Product Operations Manager with solid experience in risk control, anti-fraud, business security, and financial risk management, as well as strong commercialisation capabilities and bilingual communication skills in native language and English.
This role will be responsible for supporting the commercialisation and solution delivery of Tencent Cloud Risk Control Solution, TCRS, in overseas markets. The position will serve as a critical bridge between product, sales, solution, delivery, and client teams.

The successful candidate will be expected to deeply understand overseas clients’ risk challenges across scenarios such as registration, login, marketing campaigns, transactions, payments, credit application, account security, and user lifecycle management. The candidate will translate Tencent Cloud’s capabilities in business security, risk identification, anti-fraud, device risk, account security, payment risk control, and financial risk management into industry solutions that are sellable, deliverable, and scalable.
This role requires not only strong technical understanding, but also strong business acumen, client communication skills, and solution packaging capabilities. The candidate will support overseas sales teams throughout the full sales cycle, including requirement discovery, solution design, client presentation, product demonstration, POC execution, pricing support, and commercial conversion.

1. Drive Overseas Commercialisation of TCRS

  • Lead the solution design and commercial landing of Tencent Cloud TCRS products in overseas markets, covering risk control, anti-fraud, and financial risk management.
  • Develop industry-specific solutions for clients in fintech, digital banking, consumer finance, payments, e-commerce, gaming, content platforms, and social networking.
  • Translate TCRS capabilities, including device risk, account security, transaction risk control, payment risk control, credit risk control, rule engines, and model scoring, into clear business value that clients can understand.

2. Support the End-to-End Overseas Sales Process

  • Support sales, business development, and channel teams in client requirement discovery, solution design, technical engagement, product demonstration, POC execution, and pricing support.
  • Independently conduct product introductions, solution walkthroughs, technical Q&A, and value presentations to clients in both native language and English.
  • Help identify clients’ real pain points, purchasing motivations, and decision-making processes, and drive opportunities from the requirement stage to POC, quotation, and contract signing.

3. Design Anti-Fraud and Business Security Solutions

  • Analyse client risk issues and design solutions across scenarios such as registration, login, marketing, transactions, payments, and account security.
  • Cover typical risk cases including fake registration, account theft, marketing abuse, promotion abuse, card-not-present fraud, chargebacks, account takeover, and organised fraud.
  • Design localised risk control solutions by combining capabilities such as device risk, behavioural risk, IP risk, account risk, relationship networks, rules, and machine learning models.

4. Support Financial Risk Management Solutions

  • Design pre-loan, in-loan, and post-loan risk management solutions for financial clients, including digital banks, consumer finance companies, cash loan providers, BNPL platforms, payment institutions, and e-wallets.
  • Cover key scenarios such as identity verification, application fraud detection, credit assessment, credit approval, limit management, transaction monitoring, post-loan early warning, and collection segmentation.
  • Support financial clients in POC test design, performance evaluation, strategy optimisation, and business value assessment.

5. Drive Product Requirement Closure

  • Collect overseas client requirements related to anti-fraud, payment risk control, credit risk management, and compliance risk management, and translate them into product requirements and implementation roadmaps.
  • Work closely with product, R&D, algorithm, data, delivery, and sales teams to convert client requirements into product capabilities.
  • Consolidate project experience from key accounts and develop standardised industry solutions, case studies, POC templates, and sales enablement tools.

6. Sales Enablement and Market Insights

  • Deliver product training, industry training, case study training, and competitor training to sales, business development, channel, and partner teams.
  • Produce materials such as product introductions, industry solution decks, client case studies, FAQs, competitor analysis, and deployment documentation.
  • Track overseas trends in risk control, anti-fraud, fintech, and compliance, and provide input to support the overseas GTM strategy of TCRS.

Who We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in internet risk control, anti-fraud, business security, fintech risk management, payment risk control, credit risk management, or related fields.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in native language and English, with the ability to conduct client communication, solution presentations, business discussions, document drafting, and cross-border team collaboration in English. Madarin Speaking skill is a Plus.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and business understanding, with the ability to independently conduct requirement discovery, solution articulation, and value presentation.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities, with the ability to coordinate product, R&D, algorithm, delivery, sales, and partner resources to drive complex projects to successful delivery.
