What the Role Entails

Business Unit

Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration and deployment of customer workloads to EdgeOne, including technical assessment, solution design, planning, implementation, and verification.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure delivery milestones and service expectations are met.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions aligned with Tencent Cloud’s platform capabilities and business goals.
• Produce migration documentation, test scenarios, solution proposals, and onboarding materials tailored to each customer project.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the delivery lifecycle by working closely with support, engineering, and R&D teams.
• Optimise delivery frameworks and workflows for scalability, customer experience, and cross-team efficiency.
• Capture and feedback market observations, delivery challenges, and product gaps to improve Tencent Cloud’s service capability in global markets.

Who We Look For

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical implementation, cloud delivery, or customer onboarding roles in a cloud or internet services environment.
• Strong familiarity with CDN, edge acceleration, and cloud security concepts.
• Working knowledge of web infrastructure and network protocols (HTTP, DNS, IP, routing, SSL).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across different geographies.
• Fluent Korean and business-level English/Chinese communication skills are required.
• Growth mindset with a proactive, execution-driven attitude.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 standby rotations and occasional weekend shifts, with compensatory off days provided as needed.
