What the Role Entails

As an AI Product Solution Architect, you will serve as the technical bridge between Tencent Cloud’s AI product capabilities and enterprise clients across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for driving pre-sales technical engagement, solution architecture design, and end-to-end AI project enablement across key industries such as financial services, telecommunications, internet, and digital-native enterprises. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven cloud solutions, lead proof-of-concept initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery while continuously feeding market insights back to the product team to strengthen Tencent Cloud’s AI portfolio competitiveness in the region.

Responsibilities

• Technical Consulting & Solution Design:Provide advanced AI-driven technical consulting to key enterprise clients in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Develop a deep understanding of client business models, operational challenges, and industry dynamics. Translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered cloud solutions, craft compelling technical value propositions, and support opportunity conversion through strong pre-sales engagement.
• Architecture Design & Delivery:Design robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures tailored to complex enterprise scenarios. Produce comprehensive technical requirement specifications and architecture design documentation. Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, technical validations, and solution testing. Proactively resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled projects.
• Requirement Insight & Feedback:Stay ahead of industry and AI technology trends to proactively identify emerging opportunities. Develop standardized, replicable industry solution frameworks. Collaborate closely with product and R&D teams to provide structured market feedback, contributing to continuous optimization and evolution of Tencent Cloud and AI offerings.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines, with at least 3 years of experience in the IT or internet industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in AI solution design and implementation, with deep understanding of machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), natural language processing (NLP), and/or computer vision (CV), and proficiency in frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Practical experience deploying AI workloads on cloud platforms, with proven capability in delivering end-to-end AI projects from solution design to implementation.
• Experience providing cloud architecture and solution consulting services to large enterprises in Jakarta or across Southeast Asia, with strong client-facing engagement skills.
• Excellent technical documentation and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate architectural concepts through structured documentation and diagrams.
• Fluent in English (working language); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia preferred. Strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and execution capability.
