Serás el/la responsable de diseñar, coordinar e impulsar el Programa de Capacitación en Tenaris Southern Cone, asegurando que cada iniciativa esté alineada con las necesidades de nuestra organización regional y con los lineamientos de TenarisUniversity global. Apoyarás la estrategia de excelencia industrial, alineada a nuestros valores de HSE y Calidad. Además, vas a liderar el soporte de sistemas de capacitación, control de gestión, y serás una pieza clave en la experiencia de aprendizaje de nuestros colaboradores.
