��Your Profile
Studies in Psychology, Educational Sciences, Sociology, Learning & Development, or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems is an advantage
��Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Identify training needs and coordinate the Annual Training Plan
Design and deliver programs tailored to business and team needs
Advise managers on training solutions and methodologies
Manage training providers and track employee progress
Lead industrial training for production teams
Define training for new projects and investments
Monitor KPIs to assess learning effectiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
