  • The main point of contact between the Landlord, tenants, tenant designers, and tenant contractors to facilitate the timely vacant possession of tenant spaces.
  • To execute and coordinate the overall process of Tenant Coordination and Fit-Out according to Ikano Centres group policies, procedures, and risk assessment and ensure the opening timeline.
  • To support the overall Tenancy Coordination Process on all aspects of tenants’ fit out works (from receiving of update from leasing, design submission until renovation work at the site) while adhering to accomplishing within the stipulated challenging timeline.
  • To coordinate and report the progress on-site every week and to conduct the periodic inspection before the store opens with facilities management and safety security.
  • To coordinate, ensuring tenant deliveries and site access requirements, other related documents, and any relevant ad-hoc / admin task as and when required by the Management.
  • To assist in planning, partaking, and organizing various projects, meetings, and presentations and responsible for sourcing of quotations, preparation of purchase orders, and invoice submission to Finance for ad-hoc works related to landlord provisions, amalgamation, or mall minor construction.
  • To assist in providing test-fit and AutoCAD file for Change Request
  • To Coordinate and assist in close liaison with SO Leasing and facilities management on the new tenant as well as the tenant’s Change Request.
  • To conduct and accommodate any close ceiling inspection, pre-opening inspection request from the tenant’s contractor together with the Facilities Management and Safety Security team.
  • Well verse with the local authority requirement in all laws governing the building management, architectural plans, and business licensing.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Architectural / Building, Mechanical & Civil Engineering, Project Management, and any other related discipline for valued engineering.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in shopping centre fitout & tenancy delivery
  • Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD software and Sketch-up
  • Shopping centre facilities management knowledge and ability to read technical drawings
  • Well-versed with the local authority statutory compliance and UBBL, which related to building fit out.
