Yilli Rreung Housing Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a passionate and community-focused TSS Facilitator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of the Tenant Sustainability Service (TSS) program, working alongside Aboriginal tenants to strengthen tenancy outcomes through culturally safe education, practical support, and community engagement.

About the Role

The TSS Facilitator will work closely with the Senior TSS Facilitator to assist in the development and delivery of the TSS program.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering one-on-one and group-based tenancy support sessions.
• Building positive relationships with Aboriginal tenants and encouraging ongoing participation.
• Supporting tenants to develop skills in areas such as tenancy responsibilities, budgeting, and independent living.
• Assisting with the co-design of culturally appropriate learning resources and support materials.
• Participating in community engagement activities and gathering feedback to support continuous program improvement.
• Maintaining accurate participant records and administrative documentation.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams and external service providers to achieve positive outcomes for participants.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:0.

• Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage (Identified Position).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in engaging with individuals and facilitating small groups.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A willingness to contribute to program development and continuous improvement.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and OCHRE Card.

Desirable

• Experience working within housing, community services, education, or a similar environment.
• Understanding of the challenges experienced by Aboriginal people in sustaining tenancies.
