About the Role
As a Youth Outreach Worker, you’ll be on the front lines of engagement—building relationships, offering support, and helping young people access the resources they need to succeed. This is a hands-on, high-energy role perfect for someone who believes in the power of connection and community.

Requirements
· HS Diploma or GED, Associates Degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field
· Experience with the child/adolescent population and experience in clinical/residential setting preferred
· Experience with systems, especially DMH preferred
· Individuals with lived experience preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Additional languages are desirable
· Computer proficiency
· Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
· Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
