3cRGH is a specialist construction recruitment firm working exclusively with a leading international civil engineering contractor on their Hong Kong projects. Our client specializes in large-scale infrastructure development including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and foundation works, with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects to the highest standards.

Temporary Works Engineer (Civil Construction)

Salary: HK$70,000–95,000/month + 13-month guaranteed bonus

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• 10+ years experience in temporary works design/coordination for roads, bridges, or tunnels
• Proven track record in falsework, shoring, or earthwork support systems
• Knowledge of Hong Kong construction safety codes (e.g., Construction Sites Safety Regulations)
• Strong coordination skills with contractors and designers

Responsibilities:

• Oversee temporary works designs for large-scale civil projects
• Review method statements and risk assessments
• Ensure safe execution of temporary structures (e.g., formwork, scaffolding)
• Coordinate between design teams and on-site construction crews
