This is a temporary position for 9 months.

Position Purpose: Support L.L.Bean’s Wholesale channel in achieving goals by assisting with order processing.Understand business needs, create and document operational and system processes to help standardize business practices in a reproducible and scalable way. Recommend or work on continuous improvement projects associated with Wholesale processes.

About the role

  • Receive, process & maintain Wholesale Customer Needs & PO’s.

  • Provide process support to Wholesale Order processes.

  • Process Delivery Order Exceptions

  • Document existing processes, roles and responsibilities within the Wholesale team and in cases where the Wholesale team interacts with cross-functional partners.

  • Help create process in some cases where they do not exist today and assume ownership of select processes.

  • Establish and maintain policies & procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP’s).

  • Recommend enhancements that improve processes for productivity and controls.

  • Ability to mine, analyze and present data to drive informed decision making. Analyze data with the objective of responding to the needs of information.

  • Understand and document existing and new processes by working with stakeholders. Identify pain points and improvement opportunities to provide process recommendations.

  • Run reports and tools showing performance of company's processes or supporting business processes.

  • Make recommendations, work, or guide others on the improvement of existing procedures/ reports, decreasing time and steps to reproduce, by using the tools available. Implement best practices, standardization, new concepts, and ideas.

  • Demonstrate advanced communication skills and provide exceptional customer service to business partners and customers. Be able to identify priorities of requests; respond in a prompt and accurate way to requests or questions from customers. Communicate issues/concerns to leaders/capacity planner in a timely matter.

  • Assists with other projects as needed.

About you:

Education: 4-Year bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field

English Level: Advanced (C1)

Experience: 1+ years of experience
