Temporary Warehouse Employees – Heerenveen

Join Lankhorst Taselaar as a Temporary Warehouse Employee and play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You’ll support the full flow of goods across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, while helping us maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace in Heerenveen.

What you’ll do

1. Receiving & Processing Shipments

• Unload incoming goods
• Inspect and verify deliveries
• Ensure accuracy vs. documentation

2. Inventory Management

• Organize and store products in the warehouse
• Maintain accurate stock levels
• Support inventory control activities

3. Order Fulfillment

• Pick and pack goods
• Prepare orders for shipment (domestic & international)

4. Quality Control

• Inspect products for defects
• Ensure compliance with quality standards

5. Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

6. Equipment Operation

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, handling tools)

We currently have multiple opportunities available in Heerenveen business to support our warehouse operations for a minimum of 3 months. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, this is a great opportunity to join the team.

Shift options

·Shift patterns could vary due to operational requirements and are not guaranteed:

• 0600 – 1500
• 0900 – 1800
• 1500 – 0000 (flexibility offered on this shift to suit your circumstances and this shift will become active during June)

We offer a competitive hourly rate of €16.84 per hour, plus attractive shift premiums for early and late hours.

Shift premiums payable from 01st June 2026 only

0600 – 0830 - +25% Legal Entitlement + 10% above legal entitlement = 35%

1700 – 2000 - +25% Legal Entitlement + 10% above Legal Entitlement = 35%

2000 - 0000 - +50% Legal Entitlement + 20% above Legal Entitlement = 70%
