Job Description

We are looking for temporary Warehouse Associate to work full-time.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse team member is responsible for ensuring the accurate and seamless processing and handling of incoming and outgoing products from both internal and external sources. Inventory management and vendor relations, with various courier and transportation companies is key to this role.

*** Contract Position: August 31 - December 23, 2026

Job Duties

  • Prepare receiving dock to accept incoming product.
  • Prepare materials for shipment.
  • Match incoming and outgoing product with purchase orders.
  • Verify product expiration codes.
  • Inspect product to ensure saleable condition with acceptable code dating.
  • Operate forklift or electric pallet jack safely to move received product.
  • Lift cases of product and/or stock merchandise in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Process required paperwork and maintainaccurate records for reporting and tracking.
  • Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries.
  • Perform quality audits of shipped goods for incoming and outgoing items prior to signing off.
  • Report discrepancies to Supervisor.
  • Ensure shipments contain proper documentation. With multiple items per shipment, ensure item lists are complete.
  • Problem solve for missing documents, shipments and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations.
  • Repetitive heavy lifting required
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Technical/Physical & Behavioral Abilities

  • 1 – 3years experience, preferably in a health care or warehouse industry.
  • High School Diplomarequired
  • Excellent math skills and computer literacy using Microsoft Excel and Outlook (email).
  • Ability to weigh and measure items.
  • Good command of the English language, verbal,readingand writing.
  • Demonstrated ability tooperatematerial handling equipment including a forklift.
  • Able to lift and move up to 10lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
  • Visual acuity; good manual dexterity; some repetitive movements.
  • High integrity, flexibility in working overtime,responsible, reliable, with good attention to details, good problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift Licnese
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
  • Exposure to elements such as noise, dust, odours, fumes, seasonal temperature fluctuation and oils.
