SALARY: $16.00/hour, + 4 hours of daily OT

SHIFT SCHEDULE FLEXIBLE:

  • 12 hour shifts, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

  • 7 - 8 shifts scheduled per 14 day pay period

We are looking for someone to join as a Temporary Technician at the Oklahoma City Lid Plant. If you are a motivated individual that likes to contribute in a team environment, this is a great entry level position. If you are looking for a new challenge, come join our team today!


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Rework lids, shells, stacks, and pallets to meet quality standards

  • Inspect and sort materials to remove defects, both manually and operating rework equipment

  • Support daily rework production and complete required documentation

  • Perform quality checks and follow SOPs, OWDs, and standard work processes

  • Identify defects, interpret data, and support troubleshooting and process improvements

  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and tracking; support QA lab activities

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Mechanical/manufacturing experience preferred

  • Experience with problem-solving tools and plant standards (SOPs, quality, & housekeeping) preferred

  • Hard working, self-motivated, and safety focused

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Microsoft systems, or similar tools)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • Must be able to stand, sit, bend, and twist for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

  • Able and willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
