Job Title: Temporary Air Export Staff

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Temporary Air Export Staff to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Air Export team in managing and coordinating shipments by air.
Contract Details:
This is a full-time temporary position, with a contract duration of 6 months. The candidate must have a graduate degree and must be available to work during regular business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Air Export team in coordinating and managing shipments by air
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments
- Prepare and process documentation for air export shipments, including customs documentation, invoices, and packing lists
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipment process
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related documentation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and provide suggestions for process improvements
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
- Prior work experience in Air Export Freight operations is mandatory
- Knowledge of Ocean Freight and Sea-Air operations is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and shipment tracking systems
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
