The Senior Project Manager will manage projects across multiple departments of our company, including Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal, Clinical Operations, Marketing & Sales, and IT. This role is hands-on, relying on expertise, energy, and passion for thorough planning and precise execution. This role will also support other Project Managers, Project Sponsors, and Stakeholders in developing and implementing change strategies as required. Including supporting the communications, training, and adoption activities for the projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or comparable field

  • 4-7 years of proven success in project management in the information technology and/or healthcare sectors

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in group facilitation

  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus

  • Prosci or CCMP certification highly desired

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office concepts

  • 5+ years' experience in managing large-scale change initiatives

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Experience analyzing the organizational impacts on stakeholders affected by the implementation of new technology, products, processes, or business environments.

  • Experience developing detailed change strategies and plan of action for addressing the anticipated responses to the change.

  • Experience measuring the effectiveness of change management activities through surveys, interviews, and focus groups

  • International Project Management experience preferred

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

  • Organized with a strong inclination for planning strategy and tactics

  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAD OF ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Identify if change management process and activities are needed including and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of project implementation and changes. These may include:

  • Design, development, delivery, and management of communications

  • Impact analyses

  • Assess change readiness

  • Identify key stakeholders

  • Document requirements

Additional items include:

  • Maintain and present PMO dashboard at the monthly PMO Steerco meetings.

  • Drive and follow-up tracking of employee time on projects for capitalization purposes and notify Finance monthly when time tracking is complete.

  • Audit folder structure for each project in Teams channels to ensure consistency and accuracy on a monthly basis.

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Manage decisions on which project success is dependent.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Assist in updating project data for PMO reporting.

  • Consult with project sponsors in preparing and submitting project charters.

  • Help to build our company in maturity as a project-capable organization.

  • All other duties as assigned.
