Sign Installer (Experienced) Job Type: Temporary / Contract (60-90 Days)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Location: Conroe, TX


About the Role
FASTSIGNS Conroe is hiring an experienced Sign Installer for a temporary role with the potential to convert to full-time.
This is a non-entry-level position. You must be able to work independently and handle installs solo on Day 1

Key Responsibilities

• Install vinyl graphics (walls, windows, vehicles)
• Install interior signage (ADA, dimensional letters, directories)
• Install exterior signage (building signs, cabinets, post & panel)
• Read and understand basic installation drawings and instructions
• Use Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar) for job communication and documentation
• Communicate job status, delays, and issues promptly to the Install Coordinator
• Safely operate lift equipment (boom, scissor, bucket)
• Measure, level, drill, anchor, and mount signage
• Load/unload materials and maintain a clean jobsite

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of sign installation experience (required)
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Experience with vinyl and interior/exterior signage installation
• Lift equipment operation experience
• Strong mechanical skills and power tool proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Preferred (Not Required)

• Electrical sign installation experience (channel letters, cabinets)
• 3M Certification (vinyl / vehicle wraps / graphics)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Fall Protection training
• Aerial lift / boom lift / scissor lift certifications

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday with possible weekend work as needed
• Duration: 60-90 Days (temporary)
• Opportunity for full-time hire based on performance and workload
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience level
