Job Description

[What the role is]

Successful candidates will be offered a 11.5-month contract with the Academic Affairs Department.

[What you will be working on]

  • Plan, process and manage admissions, enrolment and examination activities for part-time courses
  • Handle queries and offer advice to course applicants, students, and academic staff
  • Collaborate with both academic and non-academic staff to ensure efficient course management and smooth administration of examinations
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
  • Conduct data verification and liaise with vendors to resolve any system-related issues
  • Plan, implement and monitor projects and initiatives for part-time courses
  • Contribute to TP and department ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
  • Compile data for reporting purposes
  • Provide general administrative support for the division, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.

[What we are looking for]

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills, and a good team player
  • Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to follow through on projects and deliver quality work
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • IT-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications
