Job Description

Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Secretary (Soft Infrastructure & Deposit Protection)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional secretarial support to the supervisor
  • Work independently on administration and logistics for arranging internal and external meetings, seminars, conferences, training classes and other events in physical and online format.
  • Propose and prepare administrative documents and correspondences for meetings / events and office management
  • Maintain amicable and close relationship with external parties, such as executive of senior executives and directors of commercial and government organisations, and internal departments
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation for business visits
  • Manage the database and systems for records
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Undertake data inputting and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • University degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • At least five years' relevant experience in sizable organisations
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication, time-management and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office, Chinese word-processing, Powerpoint, Excel and software applications in relation to photo editing and graphics
