Our client is a leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Secretary (External) (Market Outreach)

Responsibilities:

To provide secretarial support, e.g. scheduling of appointments, word processing, filing of documents and reports
To handle travel arrangements and arrange meeting folders for overseas duty visits
To handle general administration work of the division

Requirements:

University Degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of secretarial experience
Experienced at multi-tasking and dealing with Senior Executives
Typing speed of 50 w.p.m. or above
Knowledge of software applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
Good command of English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua a definite advantage
