Job Description

Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Secretary (Banking Policy)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general secretarial duties, including coordination and logistical arrangements for internal and external meetings, seminars, and overseas trips; word processing; filing; answering calls and taking messages; maintaining diaries and arranging appointments; handling expense reimbursements; performing administrative duties; and completing other tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
  • Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
  • Minimum of 5 years' secretarial experiences; experience in a financial institution or a multi-cultural environment would be an advantage
  • Proactive approach to forward-planning and solving problems. Well-organised team player with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Typing speed of 50 w.p.m. or above
  • Good knowledge of software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
