About the Position
Maricopa County Elections is seeking a Temporary Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to support staffing operations at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) during the election season. Election season is a fast-paced, mission-critical environment where accuracy, efficiency, and deadlines matter. In this role, you will support high-volume recruitment and onboarding efforts by moving candidates through the Workday system, monitoring approvals, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring candidates are hired, cleared, and ready to work on time.
