The Role

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee onsite mobilization activities and support the setup of temporary facilities for our project in NEOM. This is a three-month contract with the possibility of extension, consisting of a one-month preparation phase in Riyadh followed by a two-month installation phase onsite.

Accommodation and transportation are provided only during the NEOM phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisors and manage the site team during temporary facility construction
• Prepare material lists in collaboration with the site team
• Supervise contractors and monitor daily progress on site
• Prepare and manage all required HSE permits
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports
• Manage stakeholders to ensure smooth mobilization activities
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, standards, and overall quality

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (essential)
• 3–7 years of construction experience (essential), preferably involving MEP mobilization
• Proven experience supervising site teams, contractors, and temporary facility construction
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows, planning, and onsite coordination
• Fluent in Arabic and English (essential)

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with NEOM HSE Requirements
• Experience with kitchen finishing, installation of kitchen equipment, or building kitchen facilities
• Experience with porta cabin installation or setup

Contract Details

• Duration: 2–3 months
• Work Locations: Riyadh / NEOM
• Salary: 14,000 SAR-18,000 SAR per month
• Benefits: Accommodation & transportation provided during the NEOM phase
