Organization Overview

Founded in 2004, Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to California’s most vulnerable individuals, with an emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. We develop, own, and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes. We implement a broad array of scattered-site, one-on-one supportive housing, and clinical case management programs through partnerships with developmental services, homeless services, veterans’ services, and health care sectors.

In short, we do good work.

We have offices statewide with a staff of passionate people. While we are growing rapidly, we are also selective: We’re seeking inspired, talented people who want to be effecting profound change and who have fun doing it.

Program Summary

The Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) - Project Based program is funded by the Los Angeles County Homeless Services & Housing (HSH) and serves individuals experiencing homelessness who have a chronic medical/mental impairment, illness or physical disability. Services take place within residential communities for individuals who are experiencing homelessness and eligible for on-site PSH services at a Project Based Voucher community.

Over the past 20 years, we have embraced the challenge of scaling innovative supportive housing for those who need it most, with an emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. Working at the intersection of housing and sectors such as healthcare, veterans’ services, the justice system, and the homelessness response system, Brilliant Corners provides a variety of innovative supportive housing models that meet the unique needs of each individual we serve.
