Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and logistics to help projects stay organized and on track from pre-production through execution.
  • Manage production needs involving crew, talent, vendors, locations, and other external partners.
  • Organize travel, equipment, permits, and day-of-production logistics as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to maintain alignment on schedules, requirements, and changing production needs.
  • Track production deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding details to support timely execution.
  • Troubleshoot logistical challenges proactively and help identify practical solutions in a fast-moving production environment.
  • Provide on-site production support when required, helping ensure production days run efficiently and smoothly.

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • 3+ years of experience in production, production coordination, or a related role, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and moving pieces simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams, talent, vendors, crews, and other partners.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and production needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating production logistics such as schedules, travel, equipment, locations, permits, crews, or talent is preferred.
  • Ability to provide on-site production support as needed.
  • This is a remote position based in New York.

The base compensation for this role is $79.37 per hour This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
