
Reporting to the Dean of the Ric Edelman College of Communication, Humanities & Social Sciences, the Grant Administrator is a part-time position needed to support faculty members in the college with developing proposals and to assist in the expansion of a successful grant portfolio program. This includes coordinating with the University’s Research Office, supporting the writing, budget, and submission process, researching and identifying potential grant opportunities, training faculty members on grant writing, managing the submission and reporting calendar, and meeting all deadlines as required.

• Collaborate with the faculty members and the office of research to produce effective proposals
• Research grant opportunities to support faculty research programs and educational operations
• Develop and support faculty in their grant proposals to foundations, corporations and government funding sources
• Help faculty develop grant budgets
• Support faculty to submit grant proposals and develop appropriate / required documentation
• Support faculty with post-grant needs
• Ensure on-time delivery of all grant and report submissions
• Maintain grant files and grant calendar
Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience.
