Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Officer (Finance)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare expenditure disbursements
• Maintain proper books and records for income and expenditure
• Compile monthly account closing and year-end analysis schedules
• Review fund commitment of approved procurement
• Coordinate overseas travel arrangements
• Perform ad-hoc duties and provide other administrative support as assigned by supervisors

• University degree, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Qualification from relevant professional bodies preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Knowledge of accounting software “Sun System” an advantage
• Conversant with Microsoft Office applications  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for an offer of appointment at Assistant Officer / Co-ordinator level
