Job Description

• Assist in the design, production and dissemination of digital media content, video and multimedia presentations in various formats including infographics, videos, photos, animations, advertorials, publications and other marketing collaterals, etc.
• Manage and provide content in the preparation of AoF promotional and marketing materials such as newsletter, brochures, booklet, website and social media platforms
• Assist in the co-ordination of resources and vendors for project execution, and support in-house production of videos, animations, infographics, etc.
• Provide editorial, administrative, logistic and event management support for projects, and perform other ad hoc duties as assign

• University degree, preferably in journalism, creative media, marketing, public relations, communications, business studies or related fields
• At least 2 years of solid experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effect) and Microsoft Office a must
• Experience in administering social media platforms preferred
• Knowledge of video shooting and editing, photo taking and retouching preferred
• Good time management, organisational and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
• Need to work outside normal office hours as and when required
