As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a temporary, full-time Member Experience Representative in our Englehart Branch.
The Member Experience Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing our members' experience by collaborating with their branch team and internal partners. Their primary focus is to address member inquiries, analyze individual needs, and guide members in utilizing a diverse range of products and services tailored to meet their specific requirements. This includes providing assistance in navigating through the available offerings and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions through the banking system. They must excel at working towards a standard of excellence and striving towards reaching and exceeding goals as a self-starter and also in support of their team.
