Industrial Color is seeking a Temporary Marketing Associate to support a global beauty client.

This role will work closely with a fast-paced global marketing team across campaign

development, product launches, trend research, presentations and day-to-day marketing operations.

Requirements

Campaign & Concept Development

• Support development of global marketing concepts and campaigns based on market and retailer needs
• Contribute ideas, references and storytelling to campaign development
• Build clear, visually compelling PowerPoint decks for internal presentations
• Support development of materials for upcoming product launches and marketing initiatives

Trend, Competitive & Creator Research

• Conduct US and global competitive and market research
• Track emerging makeup, beauty and social media trends
• Monitor new product launches across the color cosmetics category
• Research influencer and creator activity across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
• Track relevant brand partnerships, activations and retail experiences
• Compile findings into concise trend and competitive reports

Marketing Calendar & Project Support

• Maintain and update master and retailer-specific marketing calendars
• Track project timelines, deliverables and key milestones
• Coordinate team meetings and support scheduling
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials and recap notes
• Help ensure teams and stakeholders have the information and materials needed to keep projects moving

Product & Marketing Operations

• Coordinate products and samples for shoots, presentations, meetings and retailer needs
• Maintain an organized inventory of new and priority products• Support product launch preparation and sample distribution
• Assist with Accounts Payable processes and PO tracking
• Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the marketing team

Ideal Experience

• Internship or early-career experience in beauty, CPG, marketing, fashion, retail or a related creative industry
• Knowledge of color cosmetics and beauty retail strongly preferred
• Experience with trend research, competitive analysis or social media
• Familiarity with marketing calendars, project coordination or product launches is a plus
• Basic familiarity with purchase orders or Accounts Payable processes is helpful

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $35-$45 per hour. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.

This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.
