Job Description

The Department of Food, Nutrition, and Packaging Sciences at Clemson University is seeking a temporary lecturer to provide instructional coverage for three undergraduate nutrition courses during the Fall 2026 semester. All courses will be delivered asynchronously online. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or Ph.D. in nutrition or a related field, Registered Dietitian (RD) credentials, and prior teaching experience
