This is a temporary position expected to run for approximately 12 weeks.

The purpose of this position is to coordinate for the Human Resources Department and be highly engaged with employees. This position performs a variety of administrative and customer service duties, including the delivery of recruitment and onboarding processes and training. This position requires a self-efficient, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented individual.

Pay Rate

The hourly range is from $28.53 to $32.49, depending on experience, plus full benefits.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
  • Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment.

Qualifications/Education

  • Two (2) years of experience in a directly related field, or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of required experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
