
The Human Resources (HR) Business Analyst assists the Director(s) of HRIS in supporting daily HRIS operations, including report writing, data collection and analysis, record auditing, and preparation of HR metrics and reports. This temporary position is expected to last approximately 6–9 months and supports key HRIS initiatives and operational activities during that time.
This role supports HR system performance by troubleshooting issues and assisting with testing, upgrades, and system fixes. The HR Business Analyst collaborates with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to HRIS functionality, integrations, and data management. This position also provides project support for the ongoing implementation of the Infor CloudSuite system, including design, configuration, data conversion, and integration activities.
Additionally, the HR Business Analyst assists with user training, creation of job aids and support materials, and provides backup support for HRIS administration, including data integrity audits, workflow troubleshooting, user support, and scheduled system processes.
This is a temporary assignment expected to last 6-9 months.
