Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Temporary HR role in Forest Grove, OR. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. · Support daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, file management, and personnel record maintenance.
· Assist with recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and coordinating hiring processes.
· Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
· Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
· Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll support functions.
· Coordinate new hire orientation and support employee training initiatives.
· Help maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
· Support HR leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as needed.
· Collaborate with management and staff to promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
· Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company procedures.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· Previous HR, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· $30–$40/hour (Depending on Experience).
