A Taste of What You'll Do

At Four Roses, every guest interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable experience. As a Hospitality Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of our Visitor Center, helping guests explore our rich history, products, tours, and experiences while delivering the exceptional hospitality our brand is known for.

In this role, you'll support a variety of retail, hospitality, and visitor center operations that keep our guest experiences running smoothly. From assisting with reservations and retail purchases to supporting tours, events, and special visitor experiences, you'll play an important part in ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of Four Roses. You'll help maintain an inviting environment, support inventory and merchandising activities, and contribute to achieving sales and service goals.

We're looking for someone who enjoys engaging with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Whether assisting a first-time visitor, supporting a VIP experience, processing online orders, or preparing for a special event, you'll bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. What You'll Need

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus entry level experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Required to be 21 years or older.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, and interpreting instructions, correspondence, and operational procedures.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in basic mathematical functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Experience operating point-of-sale systems and standard business software applications.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening requirements.
• Required availability to work assigned schedules, including extended hours and weekends or events as needed.
• Required to lift and move product weighing at least 50 pounds.
• Complete STAR training and follow responsibility practices without exception.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus six months of entry level experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Experience in tourism, visitor services, or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of product portfolio, brand history, or related industry offerings.
• Skilled in customer engagement, merchandising, and retail sales techniques.

The Fine Print

• The Company does not sponsor for employment-based visas for this position now or in the future.
• We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
• This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
