Temporary Global Workday Recruiting Professional (m/f/d)

For our location in Vienna, Austria we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Global HRIS Department as Global Workday Recruiting Professional (Temporary Assignment 6 months) (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the global implementation and optimization of the Workday Recruiting module across all company locations.
  • Design and establish a Global Recruiting Center of Excellence (CoE) within Workday to drive standardized recruiting processes and governance.
  • Analyze existing recruitment processes and define global best practices.
  • Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting functionalities in alignment with business requirements.
  • Coordinate implementation activities with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, external partners, and key stakeholders worldwide.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Develop governance structures, process documentation, and operating procedures for the Recruiting CoE.
  • Support change management activities, including communication, training, and user enablement.
  • Ensure data quality, system compliance, and adherence to global recruiting standards.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and provide post-implementation support.

Your profile:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certified Workday Recruiting Professional (mandatory).
  • Several years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting configuration and implementation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering global Workday Recruiting implementations in international organizations.
  • Experience in establishing or operating a Recruiting Center of Excellence (CoE) or similar governance model.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented working style.
