Job Description

Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing transactions related to player expenses, player revenue, and solidarity (i.e., FIFA Clearing House). Additionally, Coordinator will assist with monthly settlement process.

Responsibilities

  • Review transactions related to player expenses and revenue.
  • Review transactions related to the solidarity mechanism (i.e., FIFA Clearing House), including reconciliation between clubs’ rosters, agreements, invoices, and other supporting documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly settlements related to discretionary player costs.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support Manager on projects and ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting and/or Finance preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong financial and accounting skills.
  • Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze from a macro level.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Adherence to confidentiality.
  • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of the sport of soccer.
