
Temporary Construction Superintendent (10–12+ Week Assignment)

Why This Role Exists We are seeking a hands-on, jobsite-present Construction Superintendent to oversee an active construction project from start to finish. This is a temporary, project-based role expected to last 10–12+ weeks, with the potential to extend based on project needs. You will direct report to a SERVPRO® Construction Manager assigned to this project. This role requires consistent on-site leadership. You will be on-site daily, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality, running necessary errands, and keeping the project moving forward with clear structure and accountability. Candidates who are comfortable stepping into an active jobsite environment and leading with confidence will be successful in this role.
