Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Co-ordinator (Information Technology) (Digitalisation Programme)

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative and clerical support for the division head and members of the division, as well as performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned to assist the operations of the division
• Supporting and updating the relevant intranet web content relevant to the division 
• Arranging all procurements and related activities
•  Assisting in office management and organization procedures

• Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
• One year's relevant experience preferred
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with effective command of spoken and written English and Chinese
