Job Description

Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Co-ordinator (Hong Kong Institute of Monetary and Financial Research)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide clerical and secretarial support to the Institute. 
  • To provide administrative support to the Institute’s Research Programmes 
  • To provide support in updating the Institute’s social media channels
  • To perform other duties assigned by the supervisors
​​​​​​Requirements:
  • University degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in media, business administration or human resource management’s related fields
  • Knowledge of media’s content management are a definitive advantage
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing. Intermediate or advanced usage of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is a welcome addition
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
