Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Co-ordinator (Fintech Facilitation Office)

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support for the FFO, as well as to perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Handle written public enquiries
• Assist in arranging the logistics of FFO's meetings and industry events held internally or externally
• Assist in preparing fintech-related promotional materials
• Arrange all procurement and related activities

• Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
• One year’s relevant work experience preferred
• Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with effective command of spoken and written English and Chinese
