Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Co-ordinator (External)

Responsibilities:

• Administrative assistance for meetings, including preparation of meeting folders and arrangements for overseas trips, and logistical support for seminars and meetings organised by the HKMA
• General administrative and secretarial work including conference room booking, scheduling, word processing, filing, and other tasks assigned by supervisors

• Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
• Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese word processing and email system
• One year’s relevant work experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
