Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Co-ordinator (Currency)

Responsibilities:

• To provide general administrative and clerical support including and not limited to record management, data entry, process of payment requests
• To provide logistics support of seminars such as registration, set up of venue / zoom meeting
• To prepare statistical reports and charts
• To arrange the on-site machine tests with the vendors and attend the tests to record the results
• Other duties assigned

• Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
• Two years’ relevant experience preferred
• Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
• A fast learner and attentive to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
