Job Description

Our client is a well-known and sizable Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Co-ordinator (Banking Policy)

Responsibilities:
  • Work as a member in project team for project implementation
  • Assist the team in providing clerical support throughout the project implementation
  • Perform clerical work including data entry, document stocktaking, scanning and verification
  • Conduct data entry for various types of documents
  • Input the document layout conversion, convert document file format where necessary and record document-related data including metadata
  • Scan the documents using OCR tool, and verify the scanned documents of readable format
  • Assist in user acceptance tests (UAT), system testing and production launch
  • Assist in the operation of document management systems
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
  • Diploma or above (with five subjects passed, including Chi & English Language at Level 2 or Grade E or above).
  • 2 years of clerical working experience
  • Prior working experience gained in financial industry is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of document management process or system is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and attentive to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF and Chinese word processing
