Under semi-direct supervision, performs a variety of clerical functions to support various nuclear facility departments and activities. This is not an all inclusive list and may contain actions that are not applicable depending on assignment location.
1. Operates a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, PC’s, FAX machines, various reproduction machines, scanners to assist assigned departments.
2. Maintains, updates, originates, and establishes various filing systems for letters, procedures, operating manuals, for both controlled and uncontrolled documents.
3. Maintains tracking systems for EM’s, MWR’s, CDER’s, TER’s, Hold Tag’s, MRF’s, Insurance information for vendors, Licensing and Compliance tracking for a quick retrieval on the status of information.
4. Initiates and performs on-line data inputting functions using mainframe and PC-based software applications.
5. As required, prepares various administrative reports, some may be statistical in nature.
6. Handles mail and assists in maintaining recorded information.
7. Performs special assignment functions (outside the normal activities) during outages.
8. Performs data inputting for time tracking and reporting.
9. Maintains Security Safeguards Information in accordance with the applicable procedures.
10. Performs other dues as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Be able to operate to operate various office equipment, preferably have experience.
3. Capable of performing data entry functions.
