Note: This is a full-time temporary role through the end of 2026.

Your Job

As the Temporary Brand Marketing Lead at Brooks, you will support the Global Brand Marketing team during a period of increased workload and priority initiatives. This role provides cross-seasonal support to help drive execution, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and support high-visibility global brand initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experience brand marketer who can operate with autonomy, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead discrete workstreams for priority global brand marketing initiatives, from briefing through execution.
  • Support global influencer and event-led activations through strategic framing, planning, and executional support.
  • Partner with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure global intent is clearly communicated and consistently executed.
  • Lead cross-functional workflows, including meetings, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate strategy into clear briefs, workbacks, and communications to keep projects on track.
  • Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs as they arise.
  • Provide flexible support across seasonal and non-seasonal workstreams, including content development, punch lists, and execution support.
  • Contribute to early-stage thinking for future brand narratives, insights, and opportunity framing as needed.
  • Support synthesis and development of leadership-level materials, including summaries and points of view.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; equivalent combination of education and years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree(s)
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related field
  • Experience support or leading workstreams on global or multi-regional marketing initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience partnering with external agencies, creators, or influencers preferred

Compensation:

The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $45-$55/hour. Pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
