Where you build your BCBA career matters, whether you're just starting out, a few years in, or a seasoned clinician looking for a better fit. At Woven Care, we're a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive, and we've built the BCBA experience around what matters most: a manageable caseload, genuine clinical support, and a team that's invested in growing together.
We're hiring a BCBA to cover a maternity leave running through February, at 30 or more hours per week. We welcome BCBAs at every stage of their career, from new BCBAs to experienced clinicians, and we tailor onboarding, mentorship, and compensation to where you are.
You'll join a team of BCBAs and colleagues in OT, PT, and SLP who love what they do and are genuinely excited to collaborate and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means daily collaboration on shared clients, not just names on a care team, so you'll build a richer understanding of every child you serve and never feel like you're doing this alone.
Day to day, you can expect to design and guide ABA programs that drive real outcomes, conduct assessments and program reviews, supervise and mentor your RBT team, and lead parent training and family meetings. Your caseload is capped at up to 10 clients, sized so you can do your best work rather than just manage volume. Once your job responsibilities are met, notes and indirect tasks can be handled from home, so your clinic time stays focused on the kids and families you serve.
Compensation is aligned to experience, prorated for the length of the assignment, and based on an annualized range of $78,000 to $105,000. Bilingual clinicians earn an additional 2% on top of their compensation.
On top of salary, earn a monthly productivity bonus of up to $750 for each month of the assignment.
This role is 30 or more hours per week, with flex days to build a schedule around your life. Four- or five-day work week options are available.
We want to build a team of BCBAs who never stop learning. You'll have access to:
This is a leave-coverage assignment, but it's a real look at how we work,
and for clinicians who are a strong fit, we're glad to talk about a permanent role when the assignment wraps. Every member of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as a clinician.
Medical, dental, and vision plans for individuals and families, PTO, sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, paid holidays falling within the assignment, and life and disability insurance.
At Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable workloads for our team, while supporting our mission through collaboration and connection. We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us!

Hi! We're Woven Care. We're a pediatric therapy organization, and we're big believers in the power of human potential… whether it's our patients or our team, we exist to help achieve potential. We are on a mission to drive the highest quality clinical outcomes for the children we serve, becoming the household name for pediatric care in the United States. To achieve our mission, we have to build an organization by clinicians and for clinicians because the most talented clinicians drive the best outcomes for patients. We are building the future of pediatric healthcare, and changing lives, one patient at a time.
We've served children and families since 2005, and are proud to be the leading provider of pediatric care in Colorado. We are a team of experts with backgrounds in Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis. We believe our comprehensive, integrated, multidisciplinary, care delivery model drives better clinical outcomes for patients. Together, we're proudly working as one team to drive the best outcomes for our patients.
Right now, our services are available to children and families in Colorado, and our goal is to continue to build exceptional teams throughout the United States so that every child has access to the care they deserve.
